Itinerary
- On arrival at Delhi Airport by 3.00 pm, transfer to Haridwar. Reaches by night. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

- Morning Proceed to Brakot. Overnight stay Barkot
- MEAL PLAN: BREAKFAST-LUNCH-DINNER.
- Morning Proceed to Janaki Chatty. Trekking starts from Janaki Chatty to Yamunothri (7+7 =14 km by walk/horse/dolly) Yamunothri Darshan. Overnight stay Barkot.

- Morning Proceed to Utharakasi. Evening Darshan at Utharakasi Temple, Hanuman Temple, etc... Overnight stay at Utharakasi.

- Accommodation Deluxe Double sharing room accommodation, as per itinerary. While at Kedarnath, the available accommodation is on a dormitory /sharing basis only.
- Land transportation All transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicles (Vehicle is not at disposal and AC will not work during hilly drives).
- Food: - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, as per the meal plan mentioned in the itinerary (Our Kitchen group will be accompanying a minimum group of 15 & above)

- Airfares/ Railway charges to Delhi & Back. We shall arrange the same.
- Helicopter charges / Horse / Dolly charges to Kedarnath.
- Food expenses at the time of trekking. (At the time of Kedar's visits. Please check the meal plan in the itinerary)
- Auto/ Jeep charges wherever applicable. In some places, our vehicles cannot be used & the local vehicles are arranged on payment sharing basis.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as Mineral water, porterage, food & drinks which are not the part of the regular menu, telephone calls, room service, etc.
- Any increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by respective governments.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc…
A cancellation charge of INR 3000 will be applicable for passengers canceling before 30 days of departure. A cancellation charge of 30% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers canceling before 15 days of departure and 100 % of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge for the cancellations within 15 days before the departure.
- Booking: For confirming the seats, Rs.10,000/- per person has to be remitted while booking & the balance amount has to be settled 5 days before the tour departure.
- All the passengers are requested to hand in a government-approved photo identity while confirming the package.
- Tour Timings/Itinerary/Tour-Fare are subject to change. Team Yathri Holidays reserves the right to alter, amend, or even cancel any tour depending on the exigencies of the occasion.
- Jurisdiction: The place of Arbitration/Jurisdiction will be Ernakulam.
